Description
Once the handle is locked closed, pressure builds and the safety valve in the lid handle prevents the pot from being opened, giving you peace of mind as you cook on any cooktop, including induction. Further safety features include the safety and locking valve and safety window (please refer to specifications below).
The unit is suitable for use on all cooktops including induction and an accessory pack which includes a glass lid for regular unpressurised cooking, a steamer, trivet and 2 x spare silicone sealing rings is available for separate purchase.
