For maximum durablity, the walls of SCANPAN IMPACT are made from 18/10 stainless steel protector. The handles of Scanan Impact are cast stainless steel and are attached to the cookware with internal stainless steel rivets for permanent bonding to the pan. The handles are designed to stay cool longer. The rim is designed to eliminate annoying drips when pouring. The tempered glass lids makes cooking more practical, as you can see how the food is cooking without lifting the lid.
